How can we help?
We offer a personalized legal opinion that you can use to bring to the border. This document and also includes instructions on the documents you have to bring to the border. As an add-on, you may also add a strategy session to ask any questions and to help you prepare for the interview.
Legal Fees
The cost of the legal opinion is $497 USD. The cost of the optional strategy session is $200 USD.
The process looks like this:
1. We send you a proposal which contains a client agreement and invoice.
2. Once client agreement is signed and invoice paid, we will send you an intake questionnaire and secure upload link.
3. We review your intake questionnaire and documents. If you are eligible, we draft a legal opinion that you can bring to the border, along with detailed instructions of the supporting documents you will need. Then, if you would like additional support to prepare for the interview or if you have any questions, you may add a strategy session for an additional $200. If you are NOT eligible, we would provide you with an opinion as to why you are not eligible and steps on how/ when you would become eligible. Or, if not eligible for deemed rehabilitation, an explanation of the type of application that would be necessary to overcome criminal inadmissibility.
