What is not included:

  • Filing fees 
  • Disbursements (for example translations, couriers, etc.) 
  • Attendance at immigration interview
  • Additional applications - For example, if one application then requires another application such an extension of status, that additional service is billed on its own. But do not worry, you will know in advance if there is an extra fee and what that fee is, so you can decide if you want to proceed. 
  • Additional disclosures or requests for evidence - If additional work is required because you failed to disclose something or provide information as requested, or if you are not honest with regards to the information you provided, the work required to respond to requests for evidence will be extra.
