Express Entry
“Express Entry” refers to an electronic system used by the Canadian government to manage immigration applications for permanent residence status from skilled workers. There are three primary federal economic programs managed via Express Entry, and each program has its own eligibility criteria:
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSW)
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FST)
The end goal of Express Entry applicants is to obtain permanent resident status in Canada.
