What is NOT Included in our Fees
- Filing fees
- Disbursements (for example translations, couriers, etc.)
- Attendance at immigration interview
- Additional applications - for example, if one application then requires another application such an extension of status, that additional service is billed on its own. You will know in advance if there is an extra fee and what that fee is, so you can decide if you want to proceed.
- Additional disclosures or requests for evidence - If additional work is required because you failed to disclose something or provide information as requested, or if you are not honest with regards to the information you provided, the work required to respond to requests for evidence will be extra.
Currency
- U.S. Immigration services are charged in U.S. dollars. There is no sales tax added.
- Canadian Immigration services are charged in Canadian dollars. Sales tax is added when client(s) are located in Canada.
Do You Accept Legal Aid?
- No, we do not accept legal aid (LAO) certificates. However, we are willing and able to establish reasonable payment plans with our clients.
Flat-fee Canadian Immigration Services
Temporary Resident Applications
- CUSMA Professional Work Permits - $3500 CAD or $2500 USD
- CUSMA Professional (Management Consultant or Scientific Technician) - $4700 CAD or $3500 USD
- CUSMA Professional (Atypical or Previous Refusal) - $4700 CAD or $3500 USD
- LMIA-Exempt Work Permit, including CETA (Port of Entry) - $3500
- LMIA-Exempt Work Permit, including CETA (Visa Office) - $4000
- Tourist Visa or Visitor Records - $2500. 50% discount applied if done in conjunction with another application
- Super Visa - $2700. Discounted rate of $1000 for second parent or grandparent
- Temporary Resident Permit - $3700. Discounted rate will be applied when bundled with Criminal Rehabilitation application.
- Criminal Rehabilitation - $3700 - $5000 range, depending on complexity
- Legal Opinion on Criminality and Immigration - $997
Permanent Resident Applications:
- Spousal Sponsorship - $5500
- Parent, Grandparent, or Dependent Child Sponsorship - $5500
- Provincial Nominee Eligibility Assessment and Strategy - $1700
- Express Entry (Profile Stage Only) - $2500
- Express Entry (Post-ITA Submission Only) - $4500
- Express Entry (Profile and Post-ITA Submission) - $6700. Excludes PNP Entrepreneur Program
- PNP Ontario Entrepreneur - $17,000
- Permanent Resident Renewals - $2500
- Permanent Resident Travel Document - $1500
- Citizenship Applications - $3200
Federal Court Litigation
- Mandamus Application for visa delays - varies depending on case complexity

- Fiancé visas - $5500
- E-1 and E-2 visas - $6000
- L visas for intracompany transfers (existing office) -$5500
- L visas for intracompany transfers (new office) - $7500
- O visas for athletes, artists, etc. - $5500
Permanent Resident Applications:
- Family-based petitions (spouses, parents, and siblings) - $5250 (includes both the I-130 and I-864 stages)
- Petition to Remove Conditions of Residence - $3250
- Green card renewals - $3200
- Employment-based green cards - varies, please contact us
Citizenship:
- Naturalization Processing - $3500
- Citizenship for minor children abroad - $2500
- Certificate of citizenship (children born abroad who are now 18 or older) - $2500
- Renunciation of U.S. citizenship - $3000
Waivers:
- I-192 Waiver for Canadians - $2,000
- I-601 or I-601a Waivers - Starting at $6000, may vary based on complexity
- Vaccine Waivers - $5500
