K-1 Fiancé Visa
The K-1 fiancé visa is a U.S. nonimmigrant visa that allows the foreign-citizen fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen to enter the United States for the purpose of getting married.
The end goal is to bring your fiancé(e) to the U.S. so you can get married, and begin the path to building your life together.

So You're Engaged, Now What?
Congratulations, you said yes. Or maybe you're the one who asked. Either way, you're engaged, you're excited, and you're ready to finally close the distance and start your life together in the United States.
Then you opened a USCIS tab.
Now you're staring at a screen full of government instructions, wondering how a process that's supposed to be about love turned into a 47-page filing guide.
You have a lot of questions, and most of them start with "wait, but what if…"
1. What if my fiancé(e)'s visa gets denied at the consulate?
2. What if we don't meet the in-person meeting requirement?
3. What if USCIS sends a Request for Evidence and we don't know how to respond?
4. What happens after we get married? Do we have to start all over again for the green card?
5. And underneath all of it: What if I did something wrong and we have to wait even longer?
The K-1 process has real deadlines, real requirements, and real consequences if the petition isn't put together correctly. Getting engaged was the easy part. This is where it gets complicated, and where having the right help makes all the difference.
The 90-Day Clock
The K-1 visa comes with a strict 90-day window. Once your fiancé(e) arrives in the United States on a K-1 visa, you must get married within 90 days, no extensions, no exceptions. After the wedding, your new spouse can apply for a green card (Adjustment of Status) without having to leave the country.
It sounds simple. But getting to that point requires a well-prepared petition, strong supporting evidence, a consular interview abroad, and a clear plan for what comes next.
A weak application can get delayed, or worse, denied. And a denial doesn't just mean more waiting. It can mean your fiancé(e) is turned away at the embassy and you're back at square one, trying to figure out what went wrong.

When you unwrap the way this service works, here's what you get…
A Strategic Plan
We start with a lawyer consultation to talk through your relationship, your timeline, any complicating factors, and the full roadmap from K-1 petition to green card. You will leave that meeting knowing exactly what to expect and what comes next. No more googling at midnight hoping you landed on the right forum.
A Customized Evidence Checklist
Every couple's situation is different. You'll get a checklist tailored to your specific circumstances so you know exactly what evidence to gather and how to present it. We make document collection simple with a secure upload link and shared folder you can add to whenever it's convenient.
Precision on the Forms
USCIS forms are unforgiving. A mistake or omission can trigger a Request for Evidence that adds months to your timeline. We have checks and balances at every stage to catch errors before they become problems. You fill out a simple online questionnaire, and we handle the rest.
Support From Start to Finish
The K-1 process doesn't end when the petition is filed. There's the USCIS approval, the National Visa Center stage, the consular interview, the entry into the U.S., and then the marriage and Adjustment of Status. We stay with you through the whole process and make sure you're prepared at each step, including getting your fiancé(e) ready for the consular interview.
Your Investment
Milestone Plan - 3 Payments
1. $1,833 USD upon signing
2. $1,833 USD upon draft petition presented
3. $1,833 USD prior to submission
One-time Payment: $5,500 USD
Is it worth the cost?
The K-1 visa process is one of the most documentation-heavy things you will do as a couple. Done correctly, it's a clear path to starting your life together in the U.S. Done incorrectly, it means delays, RFEs, potential denials, and the very real cost, financially and emotionally, of starting over.
A done-for-you service means you stop spending your evenings on USCIS.gov and start spending them planning your future. With proven systems and careful attention to detail, you can move forward knowing your petition gives you the best possible chance of approval.
Let's give you peace of mind that your very best possible K-1 petition has been submitted.
A Snapshot of Our Process
Step 1
We get to know each other, talk through your situation, and make sure we're the right fit. If you decide to move forward within 7 days of your consultation, the consultation fee becomes free.
Step 2
We build your tailored plan — what evidence to gather, how to document your relationship, what the consular process looks like for your fiancé(e)'s country, and how to set yourselves up for a smooth Adjustment of Status after the wedding.
Step 3
Before anything is submitted, your entire petition goes through a thorough error-proofing review. We look for gaps, flag anything that could raise questions, and make sure it goes out as strong as it can be.
Please note: to maintain our service standards, we take a limited number of new clients each month.
FAQs
What's the difference between a K-1 fiancé visa and just getting married abroad and applying for a marriage green card?
Both paths lead to a green card, but they work differently. The K-1 brings your fiancé(e) to the U.S. first so you can marry here. It's often preferred by couples who want to live in the U.S. right away and plan to marry there. A marriage-based green card (consular processing) is typically used by couples who are already married or who marry abroad. Which path makes more sense for you depends on your specific circumstances. We can walk you through both options in a strategy session.
What are the basic requirements for a K-1 visa?
The petitioning partner must be a U.S. citizen (permanent residents cannot petition for a K-1). Both parties must be legally free to marry, must have met each other in person within the two years prior to filing, and must have a genuine intention to marry within 90 days of the foreign fiancé(e) entering the U.S.
What happens after my fiancé(e) arrives and we get married?
Once you're married, your spouse can file for Adjustment of Status to become a lawful permanent resident (green card holder) without leaving the United States. This is the natural next step after a K-1, and it's a process we can help with as well.
How long does the K-1 process take?
Processing times vary depending on USCIS workloads and the specific U.S. Embassy or Consulate handling the case abroad. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your strategy session based on current processing times, and we'll keep you updated throughout.
What if my fiancé(e) has children?
Children of the K-1 beneficiary may be eligible to accompany or follow to the United States on a K-2 visa. This is something we will address specifically if it applies to your situation.
What if I already started the process on my own and received a Request for Evidence (RFE)?
We may be able to help, depending on the situation. Full-service clients take priority, and availability varies, but reach out and we'll let you know what's possible. Keep in mind that responding to an RFE is often as involved as preparing the original petition, and the fee reflects that.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds, but you're never locked in. If you decide to stop at any point, you'll only be charged for the work completed on your file up to that point.
I have more questions. How do I get in touch?
You can email us or schedule a strategy session. We're happy to answer questions before you commit to anything.
