It is an on-demand and affordable demand letter service for entrepreneurs and small businesses. The goal is to help you get paid - without the fear of being sued or scammed. Demand letters tend to be more effective when they come from lawyers because the receiving party knows that you are protected and that you have someone in your corner that can help you take the next step, if needed. How I Can Help You

This service was designed with entrepreneurs and small businesses in mind that provide services or products to clients under a written contract or verbal agreement. These businesses tend to have somewhat frequent unpaid invoices, bounced cheques and/or unpaid loans. These type of claims are "liquidated".

 This service is NOT suitable for non-liquidated claims. These are amounts that a judge will need to approve, Some example of non-liquidated claims include damage to property, personal injury, poor workmanship and/or termination pay.

How to Get Started 

First, apply to the program using the form below. 

Next, we'll book a call to discuss your business and to make sure we would be a good fit (and that there are no conflicts of interest). We'll go over what this service includes and what you can expect after signing up.

All new sign-ups will be sent an engagement agreement to sign electronically.

That's it - after the engagement agreement is completed, you will be able to take advantage of the Demand Letter Subscription program.

What does my membership include?

A certain number of demand letters related to liquidated claims, a 30-minute phone call, unlimited emails related to your demand letters, educational content, and discount on additional services.

Is there a trial period?

No, but you can cancel at any time after your first 3 months, if you are not happy with your service.

How does billing work?

Your credit card will be charged on the same day every month unless cancelled before the next billing date.   

How long is the commitment?

We require a minimum 3-month commitment to start. After that, the only commitment is what you sign up for. You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle (after your first 3 months).

What other services are discounted?

Any other courses, subscription programs, hourly or flat fee-legal services.
